At Jalu Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorization form.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for safety seals, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
